Banana Nut Muffins

Banana Nut Muffins, great for breakfast or a snack. The best part is they are BUTTERLESS! That's right ladies and gentlemen, NO BUTTER. Made with applesauce, to make them extra moist.

Banana Nut Muffins:

1 1/3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 c. Sugar
1/8 tsp. Cinnamon
3 Large Mashed Bananas
1 Egg
1/3 c. Apple Sauce

Mix all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in another mixing bowl. Mix together the dry and wet ingredients until well combined. Add in chopped walnuts to desired amount. I normally add 1/2 cup to 3/4 c. because I love the crunch. You can also add in Chocolate chips if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. Enjoy and Savor!

* If you have a small family, you can always freeze the extras, they make for great fast snacks or breakfast on the go.
