If you love mint and chocolate, then this recipe is for you! I felt like the devil himself when I tasted these bad boys! Talk about melt in your mouth AMAZING! These are made with a cake mix to make these easy to prepare and and seriously delicious.
Fudge Mint Cake Cookies
1 Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 c. Oil
1 c. Andes Mint Baking Chips
1. Mix cake mix, oil and eggs together in a bowl. Fold in the mint chips.
2. Place by rounds on a greased cookie sheet.
3. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
